Description
The BA XR6 Turbo changed the game for Australian performance sedans. When Ford dropped a turbocharger onto the 4.0-litre Barra inline-six, it created a car that could embarrass V8s with effortless torque and a power curve that just kept pulling. The Barra turbo platform went on to become one of the most tuneable engines ever produced in Australia, and the BA generation is where it all started.
