This 993 Carrera S was first sold and delivered by Hamiltons Melbourne in February 1997and from the service books appears to have had just a handful of owners over the years.
As confirmed by Porsche Cars Australia it is still in its original matching numbers format and order specification of Ocean Blue Metallic with grey leather interior.
Here we have arguably the most collectible of all 993's , notwithstanding the generally unobtainable like the Turbo S's and RS's.
The 993 Carrera S was essentially offered for the one model year only -1997, meaning they were sold in limited volumes. The S was sold in both Tiptronic and Manual form. The S was only offered with the last version of Porsches air-cooled engine, commonly referred to as the 'Varioram' unit with 285HP, Also specific to the S was the wider rear arches and front and rear bumpers from the 993 Turbo. 18' Turbo look wheels were an option along with aluminium handbrake lever and gear knob and lastly a two-piece S only engine lid grille was fitted.
Service history is excellent with factory servicing for the first 14 years and then marque specialists including ourselves since then.
We have just completed a yearly service so its ready to go for its next owner.
