1981 PORSCHE 911 SC COUPE - MANUAL

Delivered new by Autohaus Porsche of Perth on the 8th of April 1982.

Presenting in Zinc Metallic (U3) with Black interior trim. This car was subject of a bare metal respray some years ago, but in its original colour.

Service record of it's earlier life very comprehensive, mostly in WA until it was bought to South Australia. We hold the original books and that early service record. The most recent service was completed by RSR on the ......................, so the car is up to date and ready for the road or track.

Original specifications tell us a 3.0 Litre 6 cylinder engine, producing 150Kw and 267Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 5 speed manual gearbox. Performance suggests 0-100kph in 6.2 secs and a top speed near 235kph.

However, this car has had some major improvements which will affect the above figures.

More recently, the original engine has had a major rebuild by RSR Sportscars of Edwardstown SA, a very well respected Porsche specialist, to the tune of some 300bhp (224Kw). The car now features Boxster brakes, Elephant racing struts & sway bars and a Cams (now Motorsport Australia) approved roll cage. We hold a large file of invoices detailing what has been during the rebuild.

The car has been set up for motorsport, but is also currently road registered in SA and features the following:-

2 rear deck lids whale tail and no whale tale
Fibreglass front and rear bumper bars to save weight
Perspex headlight covers to comply with racing regulations
Road legal sticky tyres have also been fitted

All the original parts including a/con, heater, rear seats, door cards, armrests, centre console , front and rear bumpers etc are also included in this sale.
