1974 MASERATI MERAK 5 SPEED MANUAL

First released at the Paris Motor Show in 1972, this new model had similarities with the Bora style wise, but slightly smaller and featuring a 3.0 Litre V6 engine mounted longitudinally and driving through a 5 speed gearbox.

Only 1830 Meraks were made between 1972 and 1983 and we believe only 600 were made in RHD utilising the dash from the famous Bora V8 model.

Fuel is fed by the lovely traditional combination of triple twin choke weber carburettors, giving the 3.0Lt V6 140Kw/255Nm of power and torque, resulting in a lovely sounding engine with spirited performance figures of 0-100kph in 7.6 secs and a top speed of 240kph.

We hold a copy of the the MASERATI S.p.A certificate # 75/ 2013 attesting to it's origins and also confirmation of it's Australian destination. We also hold a folder with some early history and receipts.

Presented here in Red with Black leather interior, it is waiting to be shown the road.

Eligible for Historic registration in most jurisdictions, this equates to minimal on road costs.
